Robert Granados is the founder and owner of RG Commercial Structures.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has worked across the full spectrum from custom cabinetry to complex commercial builds, bringing deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to every stage of the process. Robert has proudly worked beside Mr. Larry Guthrie with J. Grace Inc. learning all aspects of general contracting for over 18 years.
Robert is known for his integrity, honesty, and meticulous attention to detail qualities that have earned him enduring relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners alike.
Rooted by his family and strong personal values, Robert leads with humility, grit, and a commitment to doing things the right way the first time.

THE HEART OF OPERATIONS
Kristin Granados is the Chief of Operations at RG Commercial Structures, where she oversees day-to-day operations, team coordination, and company growth.
Kristin ensures that clients feel supported from start to finish. Her background in patient care with physical therapy gives her a unique, people-first perspective bridging clear communication and strong problem-solving to keep projects moving with precision.
With years of experience in client-focused operational support, she brings a steady, proactive presence to the RGCS team.
